The Massachusetts Teachers Association and the National Education Association, in collaboration with Teach Plus, are seeking seven to 10 facilitators to develop their leadership skills and mastery of the Common Core State Standards as part of the MTA/NEA/Teach Plus Core Collaborative.
The Core Collaborative is a high-quality, semester-long professional development experience led by teacher-leaders with expertise in the Common Core. Facilitators will lead groups of five to 10 MTA educators from local school districts through the process of implementing the Common Core in their classrooms and serve as Endicott College adjunct professors.
Facilitators will receive a stipend for their work during the spring semester which runs from February 25 to May 6.
